You can return goods within 14 days of receipt.

Report a return

Report the return in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods. Write to [email protected] or by post to Sana Swiss Services AG, Niedermattstrasse 8c, 4528 Zuchwil.

Send the goods back

Send the goods to the address they were shipped from. This address is shown on the delivery note. You pay the return shipping costs.

What we do not take back

For reasons of health protection and hygiene we cannot take back sealed products, hygiene items or pandemic-related items.

Deductions and fees

If the packaging is damaged or heavily worn, we deduct an amount from the refund. If you return all items of an order, we may charge the shipping costs plus 10% of the order value as a processing fee.

Refund

We refund the payment as soon as the goods have arrived with us.
