Payment methods
The following payment methods are available in the Sana Swiss Services AG shop. All amounts are charged in Swiss francs.
Invoice for private customers
With us you have the option of paying for your order by invoice. To be able to offer you this payment method, we check your credit standing on the basis of our own data. As soon as it is sufficient, buying on invoice is available to you in our online shop. We send you the invoice by email. You will also find it in your customer account.
Invoice for business customers
After a successful credit check you can pay by invoice free of charge. We send you the invoice by email. You will also find it in your customer account. The term stated on the invoice applies, by default 30 days net.
Payment in advance
You transfer the amount before delivery. We ship as soon as the payment has reached us.
Credit and debit card
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and V PAY, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. Please note: the credit card is charged even if the goods are not yet available at the time of the order. In the event of a cancellation we refund the amount to your credit card or record it as a credit in your customer account.
TWINT
Pay with the TWINT app: scan the QR code or enter your mobile number.
PostFinance
PostFinance Card, PostFinance E-Finance and PostFinance Pay.
PayPal
Payment via your PayPal account.
How payment works
You put the items in the basket, enter the delivery and billing address and choose the payment method. Before you confirm, you see the complete order once more, with all items, shipping costs and taxes.
Security
The connection to our shop is encrypted throughout (SSL/TLS). Card payments are handled by our payment service provider wallee, your card details are processed there and are not stored on our servers.
