We deliver within Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.
Shipping costs
From an order value of CHF 300.– we deliver free of charge. Below that, the following flat rates apply.
Parcel delivery
CHF 12.90 per delivery with Planzer Paket.
Freight
CHF 99.– per delivery with Galliker Transport AG, for pallets and bulky goods.
Delivery time
Orders that reach us by 11:00 are processed the same day. Picking takes place the next day, and the carrier delivers the day after. As a rule your order is with you within two to three working days.
Abroad and collection
We do not ship abroad. Business customers can, however, have the goods collected by their own carrier — distributors, for example, or for export. Get in touch and we will arrange the collection with you.

Planzer Transport AG is a Swiss family business. Under the name "Plan P" it brings together its sustainability work in the three areas People, Planet and Perspective.

Galliker is a family business as well. With "Green Logistics" it reduces CO₂ emissions by at least five percent a year and is the first Swiss transport company committed to the Science Based Targets Initiative across all three scopes. Its association aims to run CO₂-neutral from 2050 at the latest.
