Do the sizes of the pants correspond to the measurements of regular underwear?

TENA® Silhouette Plus Crème is available in sizes M and L. To determine the right size for you, your hip circumference is key: Size M is suitable for a hip circumference of 75 to 105 cm, and Size L is suitable for women with a hip circumference of 95 to 130 cm.

Are the pull-up diapers also suitable for nighttime use?
