Expert Tip for Bladder Weakness

Even if you have incontinence, it’s important to drink enough fluids to prevent urinary tract infections. Therefore, drink about 1.5 to 2 liters of water and unsweetened herbal and fruit teas daily. On the other hand, you should largely avoid strongly diuretic beverages such as coffee, caffeinated sodas, black tea, and alcohol.

During menopause

Up to two-thirds of all women experience hormone-related bladder weakness during menopause. These disposable briefs are also available in sizes XS (hip circumference 50 to 70 cm) and S (hip circumference 65 to 85 cm).

Yes, all TENA® Pants are unisex products designed to fit both women and men. These practical disposable pants are available in various absorption levels for people with moderate to heavy urinary incontinence.
