Extra-high absorbency

TENA® Men Active Fit Pants offer a solution that is both secure and discreet for men with heavy urinary incontinence. These practical disposable pants feature a core made of an extremely absorbent polymer in the front that can absorb up to 100 times its own weight in liquid. Leaking urine is immediately and efficiently locked in, keeping the skin comfortably dry. Thanks to Odor Control, unpleasant odors are also effectively neutralized.

The pants are made of breathable, flexible, and soft stretch fabric that ensures a secure and comfortable fit all day long. All materials are dermatologically tested.

Incontinence in Men

Urinary incontinence in men usually occurs in one of two main forms: either as stress incontinence, which is characterized by involuntary urine leakage—for example, when lifting heavy objects or coughing and sneezing—or as urge incontinence, which involves a sudden, uncontrollable urge to urinate. Both forms are easily treatable.

Which size of pants is right for me?

To determine the correct size, please do not rely on your usual underwear size; instead, measure your hip circumference. TENA® Men Active Fit Pants are available in two sizes: Size M fits a hip circumference of 75 to 105 cm, and Size L is suitable for men with a hip circumference of 95 to 130 cm.

When I wear these pants, do I feel like I’m wearing diapers?

TENA® Men Active Fit Pants were developed specifically for men who want to continue leading an active life without restrictions despite urinary incontinence. Unlike diapers, these pants are designed like conventional men’s underwear and feature a highly absorbent zone in the front that provides leak protection even in cases of heavy urinary incontinence.

The pants are made from a thin, breathable, stretchy material and are not bulky. In a product test*, 92% of testers found the product to be discreet, and 97% described the disposable pants as comfortable.

Are TENA Pants for men available by prescription?

As a rule, statutory health insurance providers reimburse the costs of medical aids for severe bladder weakness and incontinence upon presentation of a corresponding doctor’s prescription. However, most health insurance plans do not classify the provision of incontinence pants as standard care, but rather as so-called “higher-level care.” Please check with your health insurance provider to see if the costs will be covered or, if applicable, if a subsidy will be granted.
