This washable forma-care patient or bed underpad is pleasantly soft and reliably prevents the mattress from becoming soaked. The reverse side and the absorbent fleece are bonded together (laminated) and the lying surface is quilted with the absorbent fleece. The entire carpet pad is particularly durable and has rounded corners. The patient/bed underpad is not suitable for chlorine bleach. The top side consists of a white, brushed polyester knitted fabric and the reverse side is blue and consists of a brushed polyester knitted fabric. Both are laminated with a polyurethane film. The advantage of this washable bed base lies in the two 45 cm long slips on either side of the mattress topper. These side sections can be easily clamped under the mattress and the mattress topper can thus be reliably fixed in place.
